Yes! The Walk in the Allison area followed by a Potluck on August 22 was not cancelled because of the expected rain, lightning and thunder. Gerry, Pat, Merlin, Dave, Ruthmary, Geoff, Bob, Arthur, Cathy and Rose had a great time. The ribs were the best ever. The food was better than any you could get in a restaurant. Outdoor Enthusiasts are great cooks and eaters. The trails were well prepared for us. Mr. Beaton keeps the trails in tip top shape. Any time you want to go for a hike in the Allison area, give Gerry a call at 386-1290.
